Fridays at work are the days that are super quiet for me and I usually end up plugging in my ear phones to listen to some music, put my head down and just get sh** done.
Yesterday I came across this song and I just wanted to share it. I am not sure why this song has resonated so with me. While I can relate to the lyrics to a degree, I think for me, this song is just such an uplifting message about working through a personal journey whether with mental health, addiction issues, or just plain old trying to change your life in some positive way. We can all probably relate to that to some degree.
What I also love about this song is that the artist, Saroja Coelho (Sacha), is from small town Warkworth, ON. So it makes me happy to follow and share this song of a fellow Canadian, even if country music is not really my jam. Enjoy!
