About wcfoodie
Hi, I’m Lynda — a lover of great food, good drinks, new places, and the stories and memories that come with them. West Coast Foodie began when I was becoming an empty nester and as a military wife, I spent plenty of time being on my own for extended periods of time. Writing became a way for me to share some of the things I genuinely enjoyed — especially food, travel, and discovering somewhere new. What started as a place to share those experiences has grown into much more. Today, you'll find favourite recipes, restaurant discoveries, great drinks, travel adventures, and a little bit of life along the way. I believe some of the best memories begin around a table or somewhere we've never been before. So pull up a chair and come along — there's always something new to taste, try, and discover.
Words to Ponder:
“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”
