How Its Okay to Not Be Okay

There was an atmospheric river recently so I sat down with a coffee, and worked on some posts while making a pot of soup! One of my favorite ways to spend a Sunday!

I know it’s been a bit friends, sorry.  We had an amazing month away in September and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Southern California and Las Vegas.  In fact, we actually talked just recently about a repeat next September which gives me something to plan.   You know me — I’m a planner.  

I am sharing another song with you released some months back which I found inspiring and worthy enough for this quick post. I’m sure you have probably already heard it.   It resonated with me as I have several close family members who struggle with their mental health and it is truly a blessing to see just how far we have come with understanding and destigmatizing mental health issues. While I am fortunate enough to not suffer with severe anxiety or any form of mental health issues, we all have those days where we struggle.  This song by Jelly Roll is a reminder to us all that it is ok to not be ok.
