Easy Sunday Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c all purpose flour
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 TBSP butter, melted
  • assorted berried, cleaned
  • whip cream
  • table or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
  • In a small bowl, whisk milk and eggs together.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Whisk genntly to combine.
  • Mix in melted butter.
  • Pour approx 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter on your heated waffle iron. Cook approx 2 min.

Notes

The amount of waffle mixture will vary depending on the size of your waffle iron, as will your cooking time.  Follow manufacturing instructions.
Serve with heated syrup or whip cream and fresh berries.
